StartStack Platform

One platform for turning startup-service sales into organized, trackable delivery work.

Context: Multi-service marketplace and operations platform

Period: 2026

Summary

StartStack connects a public storefront and client portal to protected staff operations. Orders, invoices, payments, projects, assets, template licenses, and service health share one domain model, while Docker Compose makes the YugabyteDB, MinIO, FastAPI, Nginx, and React environment reproducible locally.

Verified implementation

A workflow exercised end to end

The repository includes a smoke path and report exporter that traverse the actual service boundaries represented in the case study.

2

React surfaces

Separate public/client and staff applications.

3

YugabyteDB nodes

A local distributed YSQL cluster coordinated through Docker Compose.

API

Order-to-payment smoke path

Creates a client, order, invoice, and payment, then verifies failure cases.

JSON

Demo report

Exports health, KPIs, catalog, clients, orders, invoices, payments, and projects.

Conclusions

  • Client, order, invoice, payment, project, and license states stay connected in one operational workflow.
  • Staff get one place to inspect fulfillment, assets, inventory, and service health before responding to a customer.
  • A repeatable local setup makes the platform easier to hand off, test, and demonstrate.
